: Jean-Marie Baudic's cuisine is always new in this pretty country house with multiple dining rooms and terrace above the garden. Try dishes like tandoori scampi with shrimp reduction, John Dory filet with fennel and cardamom carrot émulsion, and seabass au jus with carmalized citrus flavors.
