Amalfi by Bobby Flay Restaurant Review:

Amalfi by Bobby Flay is the celebrity chef's first Italian concept, inspired by his travels to Italy and the Amalfi Coast. The decor at this Caesars Palace restaurant features a natural palate with touches of greenery throughout, and white and blue chairs suggest a beach setting in keeping with the Amalfi Coast theme. An extensive rotating fish and seafood display is staffed by a fishmonger who answers questions and guests can select a whole fish prepared grilled over charcoal or roasted, served with Meyer lemon and capers, red pepper and Calabrian chile pesto or salsa verde. Antipasti selections include charred octopus with pancetta and burnt orange; pastas, made in-house, include squid ink fettucine with lobster, shrimp, squid and fra diavolo; and desserts include blueberry panna cotta and fig crostata with honey-mascarpone gelato. Complementing the fare are signature cocktails like Campari Spritz and a wine list with a focus on the Campania region.
