Facing the casual Town Square Park in Reston Town Center and tucked in by its next-door affiliate, bartaco, this splashy, high-end Spanish eatery features typical charcuterie plates and tapas that guests might find throughout the destination city of Barcelona. Choose from crispy calamari, whipped goat cheese with truffles, house-made ricotta with lavender honey, and the potato tortilla. Each tapas could feed two people, and if you widen your selection to five or more choices, you may find them ample. If not, there are several to-share dishes, including three different types of paella, a whole branzino and squid ink fideos.
