Chef José Andrés partnered with Gibsons Restaurant Group to bring this upscale steakhouse to Chicago's Bank of America Tower. (There is also a location of Bazaar Meat by José Andrés in Las Vegas.) The menu offers caviar service and Spanish small plates along with the many carnivorous options, including whole suckling pig and tastings of Japanese Wagyu. For a change of pace, head downstairs to sister restaurant Bar Mar, which specializes in seafood.
