Breakfast Republic Restaurant Review:

Breakfast Republic is filled with whimsical, playful design, from the giant greenery wall and whisk-shaped light fixtures to the "egg lounge" with tiny fried egg chairs. Dishes include cage-free egg omelets like the indulgent combo of mashed potato, bacon, cheddar and sour cream; chilaquiles; shrimp and grits; and turkey meatloaf hash with spinach and eggs. For a serious sweet fix, the shareable trio of french toast offers choices like S’mores (graham cracker-crusted brioche with toasted marshmallows), Banana Split (brûléed bananas, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream) and Lemon Coconut (lemon zest and coconut shavings). Other attention grabbers are Oreo, Churro or Cinnamon Roll pancakes and the Breakfast Sammie with Jurassic pork bacon, herb spread, eggs and tomatoes on sourdough bread. Oversize lattes come in fancy flavors, such as Salted Caramel and Mexican Mocha, or you can detox a bit with healthy fresh pressed juices.
