THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED BRINE Restaurant Restaurant Review:

Located on the outskirts of the bustling Mosaic District, this seafood-oriented place needs a bigger stage to broadcast its menus. The owner is oyster-savvy and there’s a top-tier chef at the kitchen helm. The menu has a whole section slated just for seafood and titled “simple fish.” From this list, patrons can select from crab cakes to seared sea bream and wood-grilled swordfish. But seafoodies can also head to the menus “raw bar” for picks of oysters, clams, ceviche and shrimp cocktail. Even appetizers and entrées keep the focus on fish, with marinated tuna as an appetizer, or a simple fish salad or a crab cake sandwich as the main course. Dinner entrées include a roasted duck. Brunch offerings are basically the traditional breakfast/brunch fare with the exception of a smoked trout frittata. For tipplers, the menu offers a wide choice of wines, beers and cocktails, and an array of whiskies.
