Bubbies homemade ice cream is topnotch, with tropical fruit flavors and options with popular local ingredients. Among the mochi ice creams, we suggest the azuki bean enrobed in a naturally pink mochi, while less adventurous folks will find many other choices including a strawberry dark chocolate chip with a similar wrap of pink mochi. Ice cream cakes and additional desserts --- with risqué names to match their tastiness --- are also available. Bubbies has been around since 1985, and a lot of ice cream has been made and eaten since then by appreciative customers.
