Bull Grill Brazilian Steakhouse Restaurant Review:

True to Brazilian steakhouse tradition, this restaurant offers more food at a meal than could be consumed in a week, or so it seems. Not only are there 10 selections of meat, including chicken hearts and bacon-wrapped beef, sliced at your table by gaucho-style servers, but a salad bar and a short list of filling desserts are available, too. The overall menu options are indeed a challenge to the appetite, and the diner is in charge. A medallion at the table is a communication device: turned green-side up, it says, “Bring it on”; turned red-side up and it indicates you are "full" so the meat stops coming until you get your second wind. The aforementioned salad bar, in addition to a dozen salad choices, also offers hot dishes such as rice or moqueca peixe (a fish stew served with Brazilian palm oil). Desserts include the ever-popular petite gâteaux, a small Belgian chocolate cake topped with warm chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.
