Bunn's Bar-B-Q Restaurant Review:
Unlike most barbecue joints in this part of the state, Bunn’s “eastern style” whole-pork barbecue is served between two pieces of chewy cornbread. We like ours with Bunn’s mayo-based crunchy coleslaw piled on top. That, too, is eastern North Carolina tradition. Bunn’s also offers house-made Brunswick stew, barbecue chicken, and specials such as chicken and pastry, depending on the day of the week. Homemade pies for dessert include chocolate, lemon and coconut.
