Brick walls, wood booths and copper ceilings create an inviting environment with a rock ‘n’ roll soundtrack to go with branded burger buns. Diners are encouraged to custom-build their own burgers: choose a patty type (beef, bison, chicken, turkey, tuna or marinated portobello mushroom) and bun; then go wild with toppings, sauces and sides. Or choose from signature burgers including the Mustang Sally American Wagyu with Brie and red onion marmalade, and the Hotel California Black Angus topped with guacamole, onions, cheddar, cilantro sour cream and a sunny side up egg. Groups can share the ten-pound Motherburger that’s the size of a throw pillow. To drink, there are 50 different bottled beers and milk shakes laced with top-shelf liquor.
