Who would expect a restaurant in Chandler to offer the kind of authentic Chinese food you would find in San Francisco's Chinatown or on Mott Street in New York? Live seafood is the specialty, steamed to order and served with fermented black beans, garlic or any number of other traditional sauces. The restaurant also offers one of the city's few opportunities for a dim sum brunch. The endless and exotic choices, presented in baskets on rolling carts, make a lovely feast for a group. Another excellent option for larger parties is the banquet feast of eight-to-ten specialty dishes. Leave your choices up to the chef, and just surrender and enjoy; it's all good.
