CPK’s list of two dozen crispy-thin pizzas includes all the standards, but there are also inventive versions such as wild mushroom, mango tandoori chicken and B.L.T.---complete with mayonnaise. If you want an earthier pizza, try the honey-wheat whole-grain crust. Our favorites are the roasted garlic chicken, with aromatic garlic-shallot butter, and the barbecued chicken, a signature dish and the chain’s most popular pizza nationwide. You can also design your own pie. In addition, you’ll find Asian and Italian-style pasta dishes along with quesadillas and salads. Salad portions are large; happily, half-orders are available. Soups, appetizers, sandwiches made with good hearth-baked focaccia and filling desserts round out the menu.
