About the restaurant: Hotel Casa Del Mar’s signature restaurant Catch features floor-to-ceiling windows and is located along the beach in Santa Monica. At night, in the distance, the famous, slowly revolving Ferris wheel casts its bright colors in the sky. The central wine bar offers guests a relaxed environment to order a bite to eat and browse the selection of classic cocktails and wines available by the glass, carafe and bottle.

Food & Drinks: The menu may start off with appetizers like Japanese yellowtail crudo with shaved radish, cucumber and pickled watermelon. Kale, that trendy leafy green, makes an appearance in a salad with pine nuts, Serrano chile and maple-sherry vinaigrette. Italianates will love the cavatelli with wild mushroom, Swiss chard and asparagus, while carnivores will get satisfaction with the center-cut filet with market vegetables and house-made steak sauce. Seafood selections may include black sea bass with chanterelles, green beans, cherry tomatoes and thyme. “S’mores Lollipops” put a fun spin on the classic marshmallow, chocolate and graham cracker snack. The wine list offers many choices for pairing. Service is on par with the rest of the dining experience.
