Coast Restaurant Review:

This shopping complex-based seafood, sushi and organic restaurant seems about as far from the coast as you can get. Nevertheless, it scores with fresh catches (at least five different fish daily) and seasonal selections. The setting is contemporary with polished wood, hanging lamps and white tablecloths lending sophistication, while artfully presented dishes complete the fine dining experience. Appetizers include pan-fried panko-dusted blue point oysters with parsley white wine butter. Seven-spice sesame seed-crusted yellowfin tuna served with sautéed Asian vegetables and wasabi aïoli presents a well-executed introduction to the restaurant's fresh fish preparations. Land-based options offer haute Japanese specialties like a filet of seasoned and grilled Kobe beef accompanied by truffle fries. The wine list complements the seafood and non-seafood items on the menu. Bottles from the Old and New Worlds include crowd-pleasing varietals like crisp Sauvignon Blancs and spice-accented Syrahs.
