Located one level below the casino floor, Dal Toro Ristorante is illuminated by red Murano glass chandeliers, while polished wood tables, red- and orange-hued booths, European contemporary artwork and ultra-high-end cars visible in the adjacent Celebrity Cars showroom complete the décor. More than 150 wines are housed in glass-enclosed cellars with vine-mural ceilings and a table that seats eight. An outdoor patio overlooking the Strip provides an optimal vantage point for people-watching and viewing the sights. The menu is highlighted by nightly specials like crab-stuffed prawns and a risotto with artichokes and shrimp in a white wine sauce. Try the polpettine al granchio --- crab cakes with vegetable mirepoix, balsamic reduction and lobster sauce. Cheese lovers will want to indulge in the homemade ravioli filled with ricotta, Gorgonzola, provolone and Parmesan in asparagus cream sauce. Five steaks are served, with cuts of filet mignon and bone-in Prime rib-eye, and toppings of brandy peppercorn, Roquefort and red wine sauce. End the meal with tiramisu or a banana Nutella crêpe with caramelized walnuts. A daily breakfast special includes two eggs, two pancakes, two sausages or bacon strips, potatoes and toast for $9.99.
