Del Frisco's co-founder Dee Lincoln caters to the Uptown set with this glitzy wine bar, decked out in bright whites, zebra prints, Italian leather couches and chandeliers with a solid marble bar. The carefully curated wine selection is dispensed by a high-tech Enomatic machine --- the bartender sells wine cards in any denomination that patrons then feed into the machine, which allows them to choose their desired wine and pour size, from two to six ounces. There's even an Enomatic flute dispenser that spits out a variety of different Champagnes. A full menu offers more variety than your typical wine bar, including small plates of caviar with all the traditional accoutrements, or soy-glazed chicken lollipops; there are also sushi rolls, salads, flatbreads, and even entrées like braised lamb shanks, plus desserts such as warm chocolate cake or cheesecake with macerated berries that pair well with a glass of bubbly.
