The Deep Fork Grill Restaurant Review:

Deep Fork has a Sunday brunch where classical guitar music is featured while patrons dine on locally raised beef, pork or chicken --- but don't wait until Sunday to eat here. Dinnertime offers a cedar-planked salmon filet finished with a brown sugar-mustard glaze and the Premium Black Angus twelve-ounce strip steak with brandy mushroom sauce. We prefer the chile-lacquered chicken breast salad with tequila-lime vinaigrette from the brunch menu. The weekday salad selection is both extensive and creative. If these dishes don't catch your fancy, hook into one of the numerous fresh fish offerings, such as the walnut-crusted tilapia with mango coulis or the grilled Alaskan halibut with artichoke and basil risotto. Don’t skip past the starters, including crab cakes served with jícama slaw and spicy rémoulade. Lemon-herb vinaigrette-braised asparagus is another good choice. The something-for-everyone menu continues with pizza, sandwiches and pasta. The wine list includes international selections, many of which are organic, sustainably produced or biodynamic; quite a few pair well with the desserts, perhaps strawberry cake.
