Diana Restaurant Restaurant Review:
Perched on the third floor of architect César Pelli's masterpiece, The St. Regis Mexico City on Paseo de la Reforma, Diana Restaurant overlooks its namesake fountain that portrays the Roman goddess of the hunt. The interior is modern and reminiscent of New York restaurants but with light Central American décor accents. Executive chef Guy Santoro offers such dishes as a foie gras medallion, roasted sea bass, beef tenderloin paired with a red wine sauce, and peanut cake with chocolate candy. The international wine list is complemented by carts that roam the dining room offering a selection of liquors that ranges from Herradura Seleccion Suprema tequila to Richard Hennessy Cognac. Dine on the restaurant's terrace for prime views of the city.
