Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats Restaurant Review:

In 1995, Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione opened Delaware's first brewpub in Rehoboth Beach and started developing his experimental style of beer making. (The company's slogan is "off-centered ales for off-centered people.") Many of the dishes incorporate Dogfish Head beers, from pizzas topped with mushrooms braised in 60 Minute IPA, to wood-grilled steaks served with Raison D'Être steak sauce. Rounding out the menu are pub grub appetizers (chicken wings, calamari, fried pickles), salads, sandwiches, burgers and kid-friendly meals. Diners have the opportunity to try limited-edition beers that are only available at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats.
