Drake & Morgan Restaurant Review:

This handsome restaurant and bar is from the Drake & Morgan group, and it’s found in the thick of King's Cross. The space is enormous, extending below deck down an elegant staircase to reveal a duo of bars, with an al fresco dining space and an open kitchen. Cocktails are the thing to drink here, with carefully honed selections pairing well with a menu showcasing small plates, the grill and larger sharing dishes. For sustenance, try the steak tartare with a raw egg to begin, and a spatchcock baby roast chicken with gremolata, and don't miss the rather large hot fudge sundae with cherries and toasted almonds, big enough to share --- it will take you back to the days of your childhood. If hard liquor isn't your thing, choose from a comprehensive wine list alongside local London beers from some top breweries. There's also a Sunday brunch available.
