DRIFT offers a combination of creative, casual food and drink and an inviting ambience, whether you want to grab a bite at the bar, join a communal table, dine al fresco on the patio by a fire bowl or sip libations in the lounge area. Share a meat and cheese board with artisan bread or try the artfully presented roasted beet hummus with lavosh and crudité for a healthy nibble. DRIFT nachos take on a decadent twist, as thick-cut potato chips laced with mozzarella, blue cheese, oven-roasted tomatoes and horseradish cream are topped with short ribs. Those looking to load up on antioxidants may opt for the kale superfood salad with blueberries, walnuts, chia seeds and more, while on the opposite end of the spectrum, the daily mac ‘n’ cheese is a worth-every-calorie delight. Hearty main courses appeal, as in the giant meatball, along with sustainable salmon or roasted free-range chicken elevated by maple chipotle barbecue sauce. Flatbreads and gourmet sandwiches are available, too. More originality is seen in the Desserts in a Glass, like the PB&J with its peanut butter mousse, house-made berry jam and graham cracker crumble loaded into a mason jar, or chocolate pot de crème with mousse, ganache, whipped cream and smoked salt brownie brittle.
