About the restaurant: El Dorado Kitchen’s sophisticated-yet-casual attitude pervades the venue and menu. It has become a gathering place for those looking for fun cocktails and approachable fare with a refined touch. Diners sit at a communal table or more intimate seating in the open, natural-light-filled dining room. Popular daytime and warm-evening options include a luxe outdoor lounge complete with cabanas adjacent to the pool.

Food & Drinks: Succumb to the pervasive scent of the tempting truffle frites, or to mussels in a rich cream-wine broth accented by tarragon and roasted garlic. For mains, try the Asian-inspired chicken paillard with sesame coleslaw, pickled shiitakes and chiles or the beer-battered fish tacos with pico de gallo and avocado mousse, drizzled in jalapeño vinaigrette. Burger fans will thoroughly enjoy the generous, juicy Angus beef EDK burger topped with blue cheese.
