One branch of a ribs restaurant group with a national presence, this Kentlands place, a bit hard to locate behind a large apartment complex, is a casual, anytime destination. While the ribs may lack the polish of a single-owner, barbecue-happy joint, you’ll find that these will satisfy a ribs craving. Even the small order of ribs will gratify most appetites and the sides are generous. A good bet: ribs with mashed potatoes and cornbread. Want a meal-in-itself appetizer? Start with the Not’cho Ordinary Nachos, a mound of tortilla chips, topped with the works, including some Texas barbecue.
