For a healthy meal to-go, this tiny spot in Old Pasadena is a good place to know about. It’s basically a fast-food environment with a small ground-floor dining room and an upstairs loft, but the food is tasty and all ingredients are low fat and preservative- and hormone-free. A variety of Middle Eastern-inspired wraps are available, including chicken with garlic sauce, hummus, veggies and tahini. Sandwiches on pressed baguettes or lavash expand the repertoire, and authentic falafel and spit-roasted chicken shwarma are also found at this bargain-priced gem.
