THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED FlatTop Grill Restaurant Review:

Choose your own ingredients from a line-up of meats, fish, vegetables and sauces (not to mention starches like pre-cooked brown rice and rice stick noodles). Take your assemblage to the grill cooks --- they'll prepare it, and it’ll be delivered to your table in the style you prefer, be it soup, straight-up stir-fry, in lettuce wraps or mu shu-style. Accordingly, this is one busy, noisy place, especially when the extended families show up on the weekend. Speaking of the weekend, breakfast is served at several of its outposts, including this one, and consists of design-your-own omelets and scrambles. Just don't expect much consistency in terms of the cooking --- it is what it is. Given the price (and the fact that you “designed” it), you can hardly complain. Then again, there is a small menu comprised of non-DIY dishes, too, along with “mocktails,” cocktails and pucker-inducing lemonade. There are many locations throughout Chicago, its suburbs and the Midwest.
