Fogo de Chão Restaurant Review:

This restaurant gives the people what they want: beef, and plenty of it. After visiting an Oscar-worthy salad bar, diners catch the attention of skewer-wielding gauchos by turning a paper coin on their tables from red (Stop, I couldn't possibly eat another bite) to green (Yes please, I'd like some more), and a friendly staffer seems to instantly materialize, carving off different cuts of beef, chicken, pork or lamb. The all-you-can-eat carnage continues until you turn that coin back over to red. The dark woods and red color-palette say "steakhouse.” Accordingly, service is affable and efficient. No wonder it's always packed.
