The spacious Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, is a bustle of black-and-white-clad waiters parading large skewers of meat through the dining room for guests’ enjoyment. Sixteen cuts of meat, all fire-roasted and carved tableside, make for a protein-rich dinner. An extensive all-you-can-eat buffet adds salads, cheeses, cured meats, soups and vegetables. Since there's no limit to the amount diners can eat, we encourage trying a small slice of each meat to find your favorite; there's always more when you're ready. Also located in San Francisco.
