Glasserie Restaurant Review:

Just underneath the Pulaski Bridge lies the minimalist, candlelit Glasserie. But beyond the coldness of its large windows and stark concrete you'll find some seriously warming and comforting food. The wine list is pared down but it’s full of interesting bottles from places not known for wine, such as Lebanon and Croatia. Ask for the crispest white and start with the flatbread, drenched in oil and za'atar and labne so rich and creamy you may need seconds. Grilling brings the bite out of radishes and leaves a softness, matched by tangy feta. For an entrée, don’t miss the large format dish of rabbit, served a few ways: legs are confited, saddle is spiced and marinated, and the belly made into a stew. Paired with grilled bread and a variety of pickles, it's hard to find a more satisfying plate anywhere in the city.
