Chef Eric Greenspan's (The Roof on Wilshire) restaurant specializes in grilled cheese sandwiches. Variations include the "Champ," composed of raisin walnut bread, taleggio, beef short ribs, apricot caper purée and dried tomato. Guests also have the option of creating their own grilled cheese sandwich from a list of breads, cheeses, vegetables, spreads and meats. And for dessert? There's "The Elvis," made with white bread, banana and peanut butter cream cheese. If you're feeling extra decadent, add bacon or Nutella to it.
