Grind Brgr Bar Restaurant Review:

At this second-level Palm Canyon Boulevard restaurant, part of the Kaiser restaurant empire, it’s all about burgers and booze. The big patties consist of 100 percent natural, grass-fed Tasmanian beef, a blend of sirloin and chuck, which is ground in-house daily then hand-formed and cooked to order. How about a Mexi-Cali burger with jalapeños, avocado, jack cheese, salsa and spicy mayonnaise? Carb counters can go naked with no bun, but a patty smothered in caramelized onions, grilled mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Burgers come with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles, plus the bun; upgrade to a pretzel bun for just $1 more. There are salads and sandwiches, too, and appetizers from hummus to Buffalo wings. As for drinks, try a spiked shake --- the "Grindsicle" is a refreshing frozen concoction of orange vodka, Grand Marnier, amaretto and ice cream. There is plenty of wine, beer, martinis, margaritas and more to sip and slurp as well. As for the atmosphere, the vibe is energetic with lots of eye-popping colors, communal tables, wooden booths and an outdoor area warmed by a fireplace.
