Founder Lemeir Mitchell offers a sweet taste of his hometown, Philadelphia, at Happy Ice. The fruit-flavored “water ice” is dairy-free, vegan-friendly and nut-free. Order the Rainbow Rocket to sample the entire kaleidoscope of flavors, including Cherry Bomb, Lucky Lemon, Mango Madness and Blueberry Blast.
