With hours confined to Friday and Saturday nights, you’ll want to put a reservation in early at Henri-Marie, the French restaurant nestled on the South Shore at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa, located in The Pinehills golf community. You can sample executive chef Stephen Coe’s culinary talent with a seven-course tasting (available with or without wine pairings) or order from the main menu, which changes with the seasons. We recommend starting with delicate escargots swimming in a burgundy sauce or a warm rabbit salad topped with white truffles. Entrées include chef Coe's famous sous-vide beef Wellington with rich toppings of foie gras, truffled mushrooms, au poivre and a crisp egg. Dover sole is served with a light lemon beurre blanc, while the standout Dijon-encrusted lamb keeps diners returning for more. For dessert, there’s nothing quite like enjoying the array of five cheeses to finish off the experience.
