Hostile Grape inside M Resort Spa Casino offers more than 160 wines by the glass including selections from America, Italy, France, Spain and Germany. Guests purchase a pre-paid tasting card and serve themselves through an enomatic dispensing system, which allows pours of one-, three- or five-ounces, so several different wines may be sampled. The food menu ranges from lobster flatbread to a bone-in rib-eye.
