THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Hudson's Ribs & Fish Restaurant Review:

Hudson’s Ribs & Fish offers more than its name suggests, but they are the main attraction --- and with good reason. Starters include such eclectic culinary combinations as an Asian-style chicken lettuce wrap with ground chicken in a plum ponzu sauce, shredded carrots, bean sprouts and fried wontons and a caprese salad of mozzarella, tomatoes and basil drizzled with olive oil. But it’s the fall-off-the-bone baby-back ribs that distinguish Hudson's from the other restaurants along the river. They’re prepared "any way you like" in single or double rack servings in flavors like honey mustard, cherry mustard or barbecue, and accompanied by fluffy biscuits, strawberry butter, Caesar salad and rice pilaf. Fish and seafood selected from the catches of the day from New York, Boston and Hawaii may yield a baked crab meat-stuffed filet of sole and an Alaskan king crab. The wine list showcases a comprehensive collection of labels from California, Oregon and Washington, and vineyards from the Hudson River Valley region.
