THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Hyde Bellagio Restaurant Review:

Hyde Bellagio features comfortable touches including plush leather sofas, an outdoor bar, a circular VIP booth and an expansive terrace that provides one of the best vantage points to view the Fountains of Bellagio water and light show. Traditional Italian small plates from chef Julian Serrano’s Lago are served nightly from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The menu includes bruschetta al pomodoro made with tomato, basil and garlic oil; “cipolline e speck” (cipolline onions and smoked prosciutto); “spiedino di salsiccia” prepared with seasoned sausage skewers and bell pepper sauce; and cannoli crafted with ricotta, chocolate and orange. Guests have access to 1,500 bottles from Bellagio's wine program.
