THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Il Corvo Pasta Restaurant Review:

Chef Mike Easton chooses a few pasta shapes to make each day at this historic Pioneer Square spot, and he pairs them with fitting sauces, usually crafted from local, seasonal produce, and comes up with signature dishes for his menu. He may feature red wine-braised beef with garganelli, or spaghetti carbonara, but there’s almost always fluffy focaccia and cured meat of some type. It’s lunch only, but in keeping with his adherence to the Italian way, a few glasses of affordable vino, beers and vermouth are available to pair with your meal. The narrow hallway of a space manages the line of guests well, leaving it room to snake from the tiny counter and back (sometimes to the door) between the two rows of small tables. A welcoming front window complements the large marble community table, which doubles as a pasta production surface before the restaurant opens.
