THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Jackalope Ranch Restaurant Review:

With its themed ambience and stick-to-your-bones menu, Jackalope Ranch feels like something straight out of Central Casting. But it never fails to fill its 21,000-square-foot dining space, which includes a cavernous main room, several hidden nooks, a grand saloon and an outdoor area with verdant landscaping and water features. The menu is equally vast, but it’s the smokehouse specialties that make Jackalope Ranch a reputable choice. Ribs, steaks and chops are cooked “low and slow” with a variety of seasonings, rubs and sauces. Family-style sides are generous --- pass them around like you would at home. Groups might start the meal by sharing calamari fries or a steak quesadilla. Desserts are also designed for small armies. An order of coffee and malasadas, for example, includes a collection of fried donut holes filled with white chocolate and coffee-flavored cream; there's anglaise on the side for dipping. The raucous saloon has its own menu (try the bison burger) and is the place to go when you’re feeling social. Taps of craft beer rival a nice wine list and muddled cocktails.
