If you’re eating pizza from Roberto Caporuscio, the U.S. president of the pizzamaker-certifying organization Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani, it better be good. Fortunately, this pizza joint satisfies in Neapolitan-size fashion. The pizzas skew toward the simple, as they should, with the classic margherita (tangy tomato sauce, basil and fresh mozzarella) achieving Naples-like impressiveness. Gluten-free pizza is also offered. Choose from salads as well as sides such as homemade milky burrata paired with prosciutto di Parma. Italian wines are available by the glass, bottle and half liter.
