An upscale take on Japanese fast food, Kobeyaki offers a variety of quick dishes that reflect trends from the finest Japanese restaurants. Buns include braised pork served with hoisin sauce and spicy mayo, or soft shell crab with a tangy unagi sauce and Japanese mayo. Burgers are freshly made from Kobe beef, spicy tuna or chicken teriyaki. Vegetarians have many selections as well, including a grilled vegetable roll filled with Kobeyaki’s tempura sweet potato and a medley of other vegetables. Non-vegetarians can pick from numerous cooked, raw and broiled rolls. In a twist on Japanese noodle bowls, diners can choose their preferred type of rice or noodle or pick salad as a base instead, adding protein or vegetables on top. Beer, saké and wine are available.
