Chanterelle-studded mushroom-barley soup is hearty; goat cheese eggplant dip is as smooth as cumulus clouds; Meyer lemon salsa teases steelhead salmon; mashed potatoes are horseradish-spiked; crème brûlée comes in seasonal shades, such as pumpkin.
