With farm-to-table fealty and an eye to sustainability (carefully sourced seafood, free-range chicken, grass-fed beef), Wall awakens old favorites, adding distinctive touches. Chanterelle-studded mushroom-barley soup is hearty; goat cheese eggplant dip is as smooth as cumulus clouds; Meyer lemon salsa teases steelhead salmon; mashed potatoes are horseradish-spiked; crème brûlée comes in seasonal shades, such as pumpkin.
