Lautrec offers an opulent environment with expectation-setting service. The kitchen crew, helmed by Kristin Butterworth, devises frequently changing menus driven by quality and seasonal ingredients. Select one of the prix-fixe menus: four courses ($110, paired to wines $200; Ultimate Experience $250, $360 with wine) or the Chef's Tasting ($145, with wines $270). There are also vegetarian and vegan tasting menus. Expect luxury standards such as Prime strip steak, but contemporary techniques and reinterpretations are also embraced, as seen in the wild boar osso buco, for example. To end the meal, consider opting for the dessert tasting menu ($45 per person; with wine or cocktail pairing $80 per person; with a Champagne flight $90 per person). The sommelier has the run of a 22,000-bottle cellar.
