It's a bit of a drive out of Kansas City on the east side, but this roadside diner gets a consensus from locals as a favorite. Just ten tables fill up L.C. Richardson's shrine of meats cooked gently for a long time. Take home LC’s barbecued ribs, pork, turkey, chicken and sausage or opt to enjoy your meal dining in at this casual eatery. Zesty sauce is available to accompany the ’cue.
