Le Céladon Restaurant Review:

This is a jewel box that glitters as much as the bejewelled windows that line the streets of this jewelery district. In the Louis XV décor dotted with Chinese objets d'art, and where everything has been shipped up and shaped up, you'll feel as if you're eating in a friend's luxury mansion rather than in a restaurant. The mood is set by the shades of green, which is only appropriate since céladon denotes a certain type of green in French. The menu changes with the times, but always remains well balanced and light, with a touch of influence from sunny Provence. Try the savory potato salad with candied tomatoes and truffles, the turbot on a bed of celery root or the lamb with a candied lemon sauce. Save room for the pistachio shortbread with Amaretto cherry filling.
