Le Tub Restaurant Review:

This modern-day sailor's joint is situated in a onetime service station, now a casual hangout. Most patrons come by boat. The chili made the place famous, but regulars come for the plethora of seafood dishes (get the smoked fish dip and catch sandwich) and the topnotch burger. Beer is more than a chaser, it's the main course. For dessert, look for Key lime pie. Dust-and-brine-covered patron pictures, license plates, fishing nets and ladies' underwear bring the inside to vintage life. You know you've found this hidden gem when you spot the old bathtubs and toilets sitting at the entrance. When South Florida nights turn chilly, it's an idyllic destination, thanks to an old wood-burning stove that still works. Serious lounge lizards of every age and persuasion hang here.
