THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Los Shucos Restaurant Review:

This tiny storefront just off Mission Street serves up Guatemala City-style "shucos" street hot dogs in a bright, refreshing setting that seats just seven inside, though a pair of powder blue Adirondack chairs beckons patrons to take their meal to the tree-shaded sidewalk. The smoky El Shuco Original features sliced Spanish chorizo, house-made mayo and a mash of avocado lightly seasoned with salt and lime. The playful Tía Juana pairs a bacon-wrapped beef frank with sweet jalapeño pico de gallo and grilled pineapple, and is best topped with chimichurri. But it is the El Frijolazo, with its refried beans and queso fresco, that transports us gleefully back to traditional Guatemalan set breakfasts. Ingredients are very fresh, and bread is handmade on site. Basic sodas and bottled water round out the menu. The restaurant also caters and delivers.
