The best pizza in New York? Some discriminating eaters think so and we're inclined to agree. This Carroll Gardens eatery isn't your average pizza joint. For starters, the candlelit interior gives off a chic vibe. There's also no menu. The waitress approaches, tells you what toppings are available, and that's it. The one-size-fits-all pies are baked in the brick oven (which is visible from the dining room) and arrive at the table thin and crispy. The pizzas aren't cheap, but the BYOB makes it affordable. Come early or be prepared to wait. Cash only.
