As if these enticements weren’t enough, The Robinson Ale House also turns out tasty and original dishes to be enjoyed under umbrellas outdoors or in air-conditioned comfort indoors. On the menu are starters such as cheese steak spring rolls, crab cakes and local oysters. Steaks are topnotch, but you’ll also find flatbreads, burgers and seafood options like Cajun swordfish and maple salmon. The wine list is judiciously constructed with a range of affordable choices. Service can be slow when the place is rocking, which is pretty much every summer weekend night.
