But the crew behind the popular mobile kitchen The Viking Truck has landed at such a spot, and they’re making it work with a casual, unfussy joint built on eclectic barbecue and local craft beer. Groups of guests flock to the bar to grab whatever regional suds are on tap and take in a game, although Ducks fans should be advised they’re entering Kings country. They can pair up whatever brew they partake of with a heaping starter like the smoked wings or the indulgent barbecue-rubbed fries topped with pulled pork and mac ‘n’ cheese.
