Mi Ranchito Restaurant Review:

It’s hard to argue with the authenticity of a dish called “Mi México,” a combination platter of pork tips in red sauce and in green sauce (the colors of the flag, incidentally). The families behind Mi Ranchito come from the Mexican state of Jalisco, and they’ve been running restaurants in the U.S. for years. Their dishes are mostly traditional --- lots of enchiladas, grilled meats and burritos --- but they’re willing to mix things up a bit, too: for example, a spinach-stuffed burrito or nachos crowned with chorizo. The Mexican beer selections are satisfyingly wide; the margaritas come in regular, jumbo and monster sizes, all with your choice of tequila. And be sure to save room for a sopapilla (or six) for dessert.
