Miah's Kitchen Restaurant Review:

The onomatopoeic biang biang noodle stars in its own show at this Redmond strip-mall spot. If you listen from your table, you'll hear the kitchen's rhythmic slapping of the noodles as they're made to order. The distinctive style of noodle is thick and uneven, winding like a rope through the pepper sauce in the specialty hot oil-seared version. While service can be slow, and there's not much to look at other than laminated tables, the noodles inspire lines out the door at lunchtime, and make this a stop for any Chinese food connoisseur or noodle fan. All drink options are non-alcoholic, but the plum juice is a nice change of pace for the palate.
